Easiest Oven Potato Fries

Pantry Recipe:

These are one of our favorite summer sides, and they are one of the easiest to make. I have simplified this oven potato fries to 3 ingredients. Which is why they are part of our summer menu. My two older kids have to make dinner once a week. We are trying to teach them how to cook. My 10 year old wanted to learn how to make these 3 ingredient potato fries. They are one of her favorites. I love that they are so easy she will be able to make them again and again.

Let me just add a little side note here about Montreal Steak Seasoning. If you don't keep this spice blend on hand you should. If I could only have 5 spices in my cabinet, Montreal Steak Seasoning would be one of them. I use it for so many things -- including this recipe.

6 Servings
These are not exact measurements. You can change it according to your tastes.

About 8 medium red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 TB of Olive Oil
1 TB of Montreal Steak Seasoning. (or a little less if you want it less spicy)

Heat oven to 425.
Add all ingredients in a plastic bag and shake to coat potatoes.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cook for 30-35 minutes until insides are tender and outsides are crispy and golden, turn potatoes at least once during cooking time.

Voila! Easy.
